We have an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Teaching Assistant Assessor to join our team., Spencer Apprenticeships sits within the SALT team. SALT is a family of organisations committed to school improvement. We share a passion for ensuring our schools continue to learn through and with each other, use evidence and research to improve teaching and learning to boost outcomes for all our pupils and support leadership across our school system. We deliver training and communication events across the region, working with schools in all phases and settings.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in teaching and assessing apprenticeship standards, functional skills and supporting learners to end point assessment. Excellent communication, time management and customer service skills are a requirement for this role. Use of a car is essential as our schools are located across the East Midlands.
