Full Job Description
We are looking for a Teaching assistant to assist in managing the provision of our students with special educational needs.
Working hours are 08:00 to 16:00 Monday to Thursday with a 15:30 finish on a Friday.
This will include monitoring interventions and support provided whilst promoting a high standard of learning and achievement for all pupils.
We will be offering canddiates the chance to comeplte the HLTA qualification.

+ Has previous experience working within a School setting
+ Is committed and passionate about helping children to learn, thrive and flourish.
+ Has experience of successfully working as part of a team.
+ Is committed to ongoing professional development.

Experience of working with children with SEND and key documents including EHCP's and personalised plans would be an advantage but is not essential. Training will be provided. Fundamentally, we are looking for a candidate who is kind, hard-working and who will work with the child's best interests.
