'We require a TA to join our fantastic team, The main focus of your role will be to support small groups of pupils and individuals.' We require a TA to join our fantastic team, the main focus of your role will be to support small groups of pupils and individuals. The role will primarily be based in Year 6 until the summer and then dependent on needs of pupils. We would welcome applicants with experience of supporting children with SEND and adapting their teaching support skills to suit the needs of children with learning, behavioural and social emotional needs. We are looking for a dedicated individual with a passion for inspiring children to enjoy learning, encouraging them to take pride in their achievements, be confident in their abilities and play an active role in school life. The successful candidate will bring enthusiasm and a positive approach to their role.
