Full Job Description

Due to our fantastic reputation for supporting children with additional needs, we are welcoming additional children. Consequentially we need a Teaching Assistant Level 2.

We would warmly welcome applications from candidates that can adopt a flexible approach to their workload to ensure that we continue to meet the changing demands of the children within our school.

Interested applicants should clearly state in their application their skills and experience in any particular Key Stage. This will enable us, where possible, to make decisions regarding class placement should they be appointed.

  • have a good knowledge of phonics and/or grammar

  • develop their own knowledge and skills within the primary setting

  • be committed to the safeguarding and care of children in our school

  • have experience supporting children with SEND and be prepared to undertake further training as necessary to complete the role to the required standard.
