Abbey Park Primary Academy is looking for a SEN Level 4 Teaching Assistant for our new SEN Hub working both within the hub and across classrooms. The purpose of the role is to complement the professional work of teachers and our SENCO by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities under an agreed system of supervision, for all pupils, including those who need help in overcoming barriers to learning. It will also include monitoring and assessing pupils' achievement and progress and development against EHCP plans as well as planning, preparing and delivering learning activities for individuals/groups or whole class for PPA or short absences.
