Teaching Assistant - No experience needed

Support and facilitate the learning and independence of our students.
Contribute to planning, preparation, implementation and evaluation of education programmes, plans and reports as required.
Contribute to assessing, recording, and reporting on young peoples' progress
Promote and encourage independence at all times.
`Ensure safeguarding and health and safety procedures are followed at all times
Promote the development of positive social behaviours and self-regulation skills.

Client is seeking Teaching assistant in SEND Education environment that are motivated and enthusiastic about working with children that are on spectrum with learning or physical difficulties which affect development and education experience. Age Range will be from young children to Young Adults 9 years to 19 years.

This can range from Autism, ADHD, challenging Behaviours etc.

Real enthusiasm is important as this role is within the SEND field (Special Need and Disability)

Experience is advantageous but right motivations and caring attributes is important in successful applicants. Training and development is on offer for those that would like to progress and carve out a career path for themselves.

Level 2 or equivalent in Maths and English
Please note that the minimum age to work on site is 21
