Teaching Assistant - Part-Time - Fixed Term - Fixed Term

This role will be assisting children throughout the school or on a 1:1/small group basis as necessary. With excellent training and development on offer, this is a position that will allow you to grow.
The Role (will include)
+ Providing classroom, 1:1 or small group support
+ Supporting the child/children with their educational, behavioural, emotional and social development
+ Building and maintaining successful relationships with children, whist treating them with respect and consideration
+ Providing expertise to deliver a personalised curriculum for each pupils learning
+ Having the highest expectation that every child will make sustained academic and personal progress
+ Changing Nappies as and when required
+ Using your strong numeracy, literacy and communication skills to help develop the pupil's standards

+ Possess a minimum of GCSE grade C/4 or above or Functional Skills Level 2 in English and Mathematics
+ Work well in a dedicated team committed to providing every child with the support and opportunities they need to progress in their learning
+ Demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm in their interaction with children and colleagues
+ Be able to work collaboratively with a range of adults eg SEN Leadership, Teachers, other TA's
+ Have the desire to grow and develop
