Full Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional individual who has the highest aspirations and expectations for young people and is passionate about ensuring that they can go on to lead a happy and successful life. This is an exciting opportunity for you to be part of a new initiative and to shape a new provision within the academy.

Working under the guidance of the Pathways Manager and the HLTA, you will implement agreed programmes of learning with individuals or small groups both inside and outside of the classroom setting, ensuring that the highest standards continue to be met. Having a clear knowledge of SEMH and successful approaches within a school setting will be key to your success within this role.

Our core co-operative values define us. Every member of staff in our academy follows our 'Ways of Being';

Do what matters most

Be yourself, always

Show you care

Succeed together

And these along with our academy values of respect, commitment and trust underpin our culture.

This is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational and creative individual to play a crucial role in the Academy and be part of the Co-op Academies Trust, judged as one of the top performing multi-academy Trusts in the country. Judged as Good by Ofsted in 2019, our academy was praised for its inclusive approach.
