Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to undertake a range of directed activities to support the educational and developmental needs of students. To assist Inclusion team and class teachers in the organisation and maintenance of SEMH provision and to contribute to the supervision and welfare of SEMH students throughout the school. This a part time role working 16.25 hours per week, term time only plus INSET days on a temporary contract until 31st August 2025. This exciting opportunity has been created in recognition of the increased number of students with SEMH needs and is one we would hope to build in to our permanent staffing structure in the future. The role would involve working alongside our Lead SEMH TA and Heads of Year to provide additional support to students across the school day.
