Teaching Assistant (SEN) - Tredworth Junior School

The role could involve supporting children on a 1:1 basis.
We are looking for applicants with a positive approach who are able to engage both the child and other children if applicable.
Applicants should be committed to making a difference. The role will also include more general teaching assistant duties for periods of the day.

Tredworth Junior School is currently seeking excellent Teaching Assistants with experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities., The ideal candidate will have a confident and outgoing nature and a passion for working with children with additional needs. Previous experience of supporting SEND children is preferable as is the ability to work collaboratively to meet the needs of children.

The post will be fixed term, linked to funding 39 weeks (including INSET days).
The post will be for 29 hours 10 minutes a week, term time daily 8.40 am to 3.15 pm over 5 working days Monday to Friday.
The post will commence as soon as possible and will be fixed term to 19 July 2025.
