Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to provide tailored support to students.
Assist in the implementation of individual education plans.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Use your creativity and initiative to engage students in learning activities.
Monitor and report on student progress to teachers and parents/guardians.

We are seeking compassionate and experienced Teaching Assistant (TA) with experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) to join our dynamic team., Experience working with children with SEN in a school or educational setting.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children's learning.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A relevant qualification in education or SEN (desirable but not essential).
DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one through Class Cover.
