Full Job Description

We are looking to appoint two inspirational Teaching Assistants to support our Primary team of excellent teachers at Fordway Centre which is a 5-11 Pupil Referral Unit. These are permanent posts starting as soon as possible for 36 hours a week, Monday to Friday, term time only.

The successful candidates will have excellent support skills and good all-round knowledge of supporting the education of students and an understanding of Special education, mainstream education and / or Pupil Referral Units.
We are currently located in a comfortable temporary building in Guildford but hope to be moving to our brand new, purpose built school in Ashford, Surrey, in April 2025.   • An excellent communicator, able to work inclusively with pupils, staff, parents, Management Committee and other stakeholders.

    The salary range for this role is £20,883 - £22,361 per annum based on a 36 hour working week (FTE £24,275 - £25,993).
