About you We are looking to appoint Teaching Assistants to support individuals and groups of children to enable access to learning. We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals who can build supportive relationships with students, based on high expectations, positive regard and care. Candidates will need excellent teamwork and communication skills, a genuine interest in working with young people, flexible thinking and a willingness to learn. Teaching Assistants work both inside and outside the classroom, on a one-to-one and group basis, supporting students with a wide range of special educational needs. Working alongside class teachers you will support students in their academic achievement.
