The role of the Teaching Assistant (TA) at Tiverton is invaluable in supporting the teaching, learning, care and behaviour for all pupils across the primary school. Who are we looking for?We are now looking to recruit for Teaching Assistants to join our school. You will need to hold an NVQ 2 qualification (or equivalent) or above. We would consider applicant who are currently completing their NVQ. We can offer you:

What is the job role?Tiverton School is a small Primary Special Needs school. We have 132 pupils on roll who come from Coventry and all have an EHC Plan of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. Our pupils are at the heart of all we do. We were graded 'Good' in our most recent OFSTED inspection. We already have a large number of committed staff, who share the school vision: "Passionate about celebrating learning, enjoyment and achievement for all" The Headteacher and Governors recognise the immense and valuable role played by all staff at the school.
