You'll work with the Quality Team and teachers to improve the quality of our curriculum and learner experience, lead excellence in teaching and learning, supporting our staff to continually improve,., NCG seeks to promote and maintain an equal, diverse, inclusive and supportive environment for work and study that assists all members of our communities to reach their full potential. You are someone who motivates their team well, is confident and communicates effectively. Quality is crucial for us and you will be well organised, have a good eye for detail and have high expectations. You'll be a great teacher already and will know what makes for effective learning. You'll probably have experience of improving TLA and quality, and will be able to draw on these for the benefit of our staff and students.
