Full Job Description

Applications are invited for two posts for Teaching Learning and Student Experience (TLSE) Assistant. Both posts are within the Information, Advice and Guidance team in the School of Social Sciences. We are seeking to appoint an individual with strong knowledge, skills, and an understanding of Teaching, Learning and Student Experience, with proven experience in a customer facing role. The successful candidate will support the administration of all required activities within the Information, Advice and Guidance team including (but not limited to) : Supporting the school's academic advisor scheme, supporting PEER & PASS Schemes, supporting student societies, supporting with events, supporting welcome week activities, graduation support, general administrative duties, working on the student hub, phones and answering emails for example. This role may also require some flexibility to work with colleagues in other Schools within the Faculty of Humanities.

Anyone wishing to work in a busy and challenging environment, who has an ability to work to tight deadlines whilst under pressure and can ensure high quality procedures (that comply with University rules, regulations and policies) be applied consistently, has a flexible approach to work and the ability to work proficiently with a range of MS 365 application is encouraged to apply.
