Full Job Description

We are recruiting for a full time, fixed term position (6 months) to the role of Teaching, Learning and Student Experience Assistant - Curriculums and Programmes, within the School of Environment, Education and Development in the Faculty of Humanities. This post is available for an immediate start.

The role forms part of the School's Teaching, Learning and Student Experience Team (Curriculum and Programmes).

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills (communicating with a variety of stakeholders), excellent attention to detail and strong administrative skills. The main focus of the role will be to manage and triage emails in the shared inboxes; to support with financial arrangements, support the administration of committee meetings, including the organisation of the meetings and taking minutes; as well as supporting the wider Curriculum and Programmes Team as required.

Please note, under the new immigration rules this role is not eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route of the Points Based System. Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate their right to work in the UK in order to be eligible to take up the post.
