  • Supporting the class teacher in the day to day responsibilities of the class

  • Continuous professional development in meeting the needs of all learners (ADHD, ASD, Neurodiversity, Dyslexia)
  • Opportunities to liaise with teaching partners at other settings through TP conference
  • Opportunity to develop skills in forest school delivery
  • In addition, planning and preparation time
