We're looking for a Team Administrator to join our Clinical Third Party Relationship Team, AXA Health for a 12-month fixed term contract. Internally this job is known as Clinical Third-Party Associate. You'll provide administration support to a team of Relationship Managers, who manage the contract and oversight of a diverse range of clinical third-party health and wellbeing service providers. You'll build your knowledge of AXA Health processes and systems. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition. What you'll be doing:
- Administrative tasks for four Relationship Managers and their manager.
- Build effective relationships with multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
- Arrange internal and external meetings.
- Prepare papers in advance of meetings.
- Complete meeting minutes, circulate, follow up and track any actions.
- Co-ordinate contract documentation and non-disclosure agreements (NDA), tracking documents and maintaining files in accordance with AXA Health policies.

- Demonstratable organisational and planning skills in a similar role either in Finance Services, clinical or a legal environment - essential.
- Communicate effectively with AXA Health colleagues and external third-party services providers via email, phone and video meetings.

- Driven to learn AXA Health systems and processes - full training will be provided, as needed.
