Team Administrator

We are looking to employ a hardworking, conscientious individual who will work as Team Administrator, full time in the north dales community mental health team.
The successful candidate will be required to deal with both incoming and outgoing telephone calls at times, filing, arranging clinic bookings and general administrative support of the clinical team., TEWV encourages and supports all staff to be vaccinated as this remains the best line of defence against COVID19.

The successful applicant will ideally have an awareness of mental health issues and will be able to demonstrate a caring and sensitive approach to their work. They will have an eye for detail and a high degree of accuracy. They will be able to effectively and clearly communicate with colleagues, service users and their families.
As a team player, you'll be able to prioritise your work in order to meet deadlines and have a customer focused approach. Previous experience of working within the NHS is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
You are required to have a Level 3 Qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience or willingness to work towards Level 3 qualification in Leadership and Management and experience of working in a busy administrative environment and be proficient in the use of MS Office.
