Full Job Description

The Brighton & Hove Tissue Viability Team are looking for an administrator to join our service. Do you have administration experience, enjoy working within a team but also like the balance of working independently, then is the role for you. Our team is response for the tissue viability needs of the local area, this includes leg ulcer clinics (LUC) and weekend wound clinics (WWC). You will work closely with all of us, offering admin support, to include registering patients onto our digital system, booking appointments, liaising with patients, SCFT staff and other stakeholders who use our service. You should be adaptable as there is a need to travel to other sites within the Trust, to offer support and minute taking at meetings., Organising and supporting team
Processing referrals, uploading to systmone
Managing waiting lists.
Populating appointments in the LUC and WWE.
Arranging TVN visits
Handling sensitive/graphic photo's
Arranging meetings and minute taking.
Answering telephone and email enquires
Ordering medical/clinical and office supplies.
Medical device management and tracking
Arranging training dates and room bookings
Filing, tracking and archiving.
Invoicing for training and equipment

Be adaptable, approachable and friendly.
Managing day to day running of a busy office, with excellent organisational skills
Manage referrals coming into the service, ensuring correct data collected and available.
Update waiting lists
Ability to work within an a team, whilst being able to work independently when needed, there are times you will be in the office on your own.
Good time management
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Fast and accurate keyboard skills.
Knowledge of systmone patient record system.
Skilled in Microsoft systems including excel, word, office, teams and outlook
Good telephone manner to process calls from service users and stakeholders
Ability to take minutes at meetings.
