Full Job Description

The Team Administrator for Communal Repairs Correspondence will be responsible for managing all communications related to communal repairs. This includes liaising with residents, contractors, and internal teams to ensure efficient resolution of repair issues. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining clear and effective communication channels and ensuring that all repair requests are processed promptly and accurately.

What you'll do

You will

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence related to communal repairs, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
Act as the first point of contact for residents reporting communal repair issues.
Log and track repair requests in the company's database, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
Coordinate with contractors and maintenance teams to schedule and prioritise repair works.
What you'll need

Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within property management or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
