Full Job Description

Onsite at Heathrow Airport. This role is to provide overall co-ordination of the submission of time, health and safety and permission-based permits across Mace project at Heathrow Airport.

The successful candidate will be liaising with construction, MEP and project managers on Mace projects, liaising with key stakeholders in engineering, terminal operations and permit sign offs with individuals in relevant departments.

As part of this you will also be required to submit permits for terminal works as well as airside operations permits, service clearance, concessions, baggage authorisation to proceed (ATPs) and LAS to name a few.

This is a demanding role and requires, attendances at multiple locations across the airport where Mace staff would be located.

Attendance is required at the client permit meeting / s with relevant stakeholders armed with permit submission knowledge and explain and in some cases get questioned by relevant permit sign off, stakeholder on the detail of the permit.

There will be a requirement to visit site with the Mace manager to understand the scope of the permit prior to submission and this will support understanding of what is being submitted as well as providing advice to the Mace Manger on what permits may be required for the works.

The candidate will have strong IT skills as the client permit system is web based and does require good knowledge of using technology to support the role.
