Team Administrator

We're looking for a Team Administrator to join our Commissioning team in Goole. The successful candidate will be a real asset to the team, involved and interacting with all the different leads to ensure that the management of the site is as effective as possible. As a new site, with great potential for short-, medium and long-term growth, there will be a variety of projects and increased operations that will require a great deal of initiative and innovation to ensure that our operational outputs are fully supported. You will make an impact by:

• Being a core team player, coordinating the management diary, organising general meetings and being the main point of contact for all visitors to our new manufacturing facility.
• Successful interacting to the number of functional teams, creating a cohesive oneness to ensure that all are involved.
  
  Excellent Coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail with an ability to feedback change in a positive way.
• An ability to organise themselves and the wider management team's activities.
• A super user of Microsoft Office 365, including Planner and Outlook or similar.
It would also be beneficial to have:
• Experience of using a variety of office management and business IT systems
• Recent experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager
