An opportunity has arisen to join the Older Peoples Intensive Home Treatment Team in Oldham

This role is contributing to the running of the service to make sure the service runs smoothly and patients are seen in a timely manner and get the best patient care possible. joining the Admin team is a close working team which is reliant on team work and good communication skills. it is crucial to work well with others and to help share the workload that come through the service., To provide efficient and effective administration support to theTo undertake the administration of all referrals received into the team and provide administrative support to the clinicians within the team.To ensure high standards are maintained at all times and that work is produced effectively and efficiently in accordance with the Trust's policies and procedures.

Answer incoming call to the service from patients
