An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Team Administrator to join the Landmarc Team at Sennybridge Training Camp in Powys.,
- Maintaining document recording for technical services
- Co-ordinate and upload reports to AMS / Maximo
- Data capture and input
- Work orders processing
- Auditing records
- Note-taking during meetings and production of minutes as required
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Provide cover as required for Reception duties
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective contract delivery
- Provide support for other Administrative roles as required to support the Regional Management team
- Working on other Regional sites where required to assist with meetings to include; Castlemartin, Swynnerton, Nesscliff

- Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience of using Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) software (desirable)
- Ability to use bespoke and off the shelf software packages
- Good level of numeracy and literacy skills
- Experience of communicating with stakeholders
- Demonstrate proven track record of achieving objectives to set standards
- Ability to follow processes within time constraints
- Applicants must hold a valid UK Driving Licence as travel will be required
