Role: Team Administrator | Location: Remote to support the West Midlands team | S
Are you organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about making a difference? HIT Training is looking for a proactive Team Administrator to support our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This is your opportunity to be a vital part of a team committed to empowering businesses and learners across the UK.
The role is remote based with travel required to attend quarterly and ad-hoc team meetings, with the rest of the time working from home.
What You'll Do
As a Team Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our business operates seamlessly:
Data Processing: Accurately maintain learner and employer records, adhering to funding rules and GDPR regulations.
Communication: Act as the first point of contact, professionally responding to internal and external stakeholders.
Organisation: Manage and prioritise your tasks effectively to keep all administrative processes on track.
Support: Provide essential support to the Area Manager and Local Team, assist with onboarding and training of new administrators, and contribute to broader business needs.
A strong background in administration, ideally within the work-based learning sector.
Experience working with the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS).
Skill in systems such as CRM, MIS, DAS, and AO, along with solid Excel and database management skills.
A clear understanding of GDPR and apprenticeship funding rules.
Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to handle many priorities., Disability Confident
