In order to meet the needs of the Trust you may be required from time to time to work at different locations to your normal place of work. This may mean that you are required to work at any location that fall under Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey or Islington. The Trust reserves the right to require staff to work at such other places or locations as it considers reasonable and necessary on a temporary or permanent basis.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
+ Upload documents/reports at clinician's request
+ Upload copies of all letters completed, appointments arranged and phone messages taken/conversations with parents/patients.
+ To support with clinical validation for MAST and DIALOG +
+ To run data reports as required, including using SSRS reporting tool
+ To operate a desktop PC, drafting and typing of letters, typing of assessments, and any general correspondence as requested by the team
+ To plan and coordinate your workload to ensure all deadlines are met and objectives achieved.
+ To maintain good standards of professionalism.
+ To undertake on-going personal development through participation in appraisal and supervision, attend and participate in relevant training identified.
+ Undertake any other duties as may reasonably be required of you by the service
+ Ensure good working relationships with all staff, the organisation, and outside agencies
+ To provide administrative support to the Consultant/Doctor including diary support.
+ To take minutes and actions from meetings as required.
To be noted:
+ The post holder may be required to work across the service line and to undertake other duties which fall within the grade of the job, in discussion with the manager.
+ This job description will be reviewed regularly in the light of changing service requirements and any such changes will be discussed with the post holder.
+ The post holder is expected to comply with all relevant Trust policies, procedures, and guidelines, including those relating to Equal Opportunities, Health and Safety and Confidentiality of Information

We are looking for an enthusiastic Team administrator who has excellent communication skills, is computer literate and has excellent team building and interpersonal skills to work in the HCRHTT (Haringey Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team). We require a dynamic and motivated individual who is able to liaise with acute mentally ill people and work as part of a busy team within a secure setting.
You will be expected to work on your own initiative and as part of a team, ensuring the team is supported and is running smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for someone who has the ability to prioritise their workload and has the essential skills required for the post.
The successful candidate will be working in a challenging and interesting environment and will be responsible for providing a high and comprehensive level of administrative and customer service skills which will enable them to deal with service users in a courteous, polite and helpful manner and ensure that any concerns or issues raised is dealt with in a confidential manner. We require a candidate who has good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications., + Good organisational skills

+ Have knowledge of RIO or similar database
+ Minute taking skills
+ Ability to multi-task
+ Be able to deal with difficult /challenging situations
+ Able to use your initiative
The post holder will be required to use their initiative in all aspects of secretarial and clerical work to efficiently prioritise work and meet deadlines, as the service requires.
The successful candidate will have experience of working to deadlines, prioritising workloads, maintaining a positive, proactive approach to work.
Co-ordinate the administrative function within the teams to deliver an efficient and effective service that supports clinical service delivery, service management, service users and carers.
