Full Job Description
The Specialist Nursing Team at Chailey Clinical Services (CCS) provide care and support for children and young people with complex Neurodisability and their families across the school and residences in the adjoining Chailey Heritage Foundation and at the Bluebells Short Breaks service., + The post holder will support the Specialist Nurses and Health Care Support Workers, running an efficient and responsive administrative support.
+ They will be expected to organise their daily workload to ensure tasks and ongoing workloads are prioritised and completed within agreed timescales.
+ The post holder will respond to queries from external parties, patients and relatives or other departments, escalating more complex queries to the relevant member of the team.
+ General administration duties such as data entry, preparation of Minutes and Agendas, photocopying, scanning and filing.
We are looking for an efficient, proactive administrator with excellent IT, communication and organisational skills to support the Specialist Nursing Team.
