Full Job Description

We are a team who support Children and Young People & their families with moderate to severe mental health presentations. We are a multi-disciplinary team who rely upon robust administrative support to run a safe and caring service to the families of Oxfordshire., + Managing an admin inbox, including formatting letters, helping clinicians with administrative tasks etc
+ Managing consultant diary's, as well as helping with administrative tasks for them and managing a spreadsheet
+ Reception cover
+ Referrals management, including use of spreadsheets
+ Answering telephone and responding to emails from parents/carers and professionals from external inbox
+ Helping with up keep of the building such as IT equipment, reporting of jobs, stationary etc
+ Covering of other administrative staff when on leave

This role is an ideal opportunity for you, if you have experience of working in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably in a healthcare setting., We are looking for someone who has excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, along with effective IT skills, a good standard of administrative skills and ability to manage competing priorities within a busy team setting.
We'll need you to work effectively as a part of the team, but also have the ability to work to your own initiative with good understanding of information security & confidentiality.
This is a varied role, and you will play a vital role within the team, being first point of contact for our patients. You will also work closely with our Team to provide administrative help for the clinicians.
