Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 3 Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support for the CountywidePerinatal Mental Health Service. The role of Administrator will be to maintain an effective office base to enable the administrative responsibilities to be carried out, whilst providing secretarial support to senior clinicians. The post holder must be flexible and use their initiative to organise their own workload, dependent on the priorities and requirements at the time., NHFT is committed to building a diverse workforce, ensuring staff are treated fairly at work and ensuring all staff have the learning and development they need on equality in order to undertake their job role.

The ideal candidate will be skilled and experienced in administration, and demonstrate keen organisational and self-management skills in order to assist the team to offer a high quality service

The post holder will provide a comprehensive administrative assistant/secretarial service to support duties associated with the service they are working in. Good organisational ability, strong IT skills (including use of Microsoft packages)and flexibility are required.

We are seeking an individual who is enthusiastic, compassionate, flexible and creative in their approach and can work alongside multi-disciplinary team members to provide quality and effective administrative support.
