Full Job Description

This 12-month secondment role will support the Lead Nurse Workforce responsible for team based rostering programme and will be pivotal in providing training and support in the project's implementation.

The candidate needs to be a senior leader with experience using Healthroster, with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of safe rostering and the direct correlation to clinical outcomes / patient safety.

Understanding the principles of team based rostering and flexible working, and how these can positively impact staff wellbeing.

Ability to optimise workforce available and drive improvement through key performance indicators, e.g., sickness, temporary staffing usage.

Working with the project team they will be responsible for delivering training through roster workshops, staff engagement sessions and to support and troubleshoot issues throughout the implementation process
