Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Team Clerk to join our caring and progressive team in Thanet (St. Augustines, Westgate & Mildmay Court, Ramsgate).

You will share the CARE values of the trust and work within a close-knit group of people who bring the feeling of community to the team through their hard work and dedication to the people of the area.

Our Clerks are a vital part of our NHS community teams. With a large caseload of patients across east Kent we literally couldn't function without them. If you are looking for a new challenge, are good at relating to people and have great communication and IT skills; we may have the perfect career for you where you can make a real difference to patients.

This is an office-based role, 37.5 hours per week and you will be required to travel and work between sites., As a Team Clerk, you will work closely with all users of our services and their families, friends and carers who all play an invaluable contribution in how our users experience our services.

Team Clerks are expected to be kind and responsive but professional and informative and contribute to the quality of the services provided across the health economy.

The post-holder will be involved in a variety of interesting duties, some of which may include:

o Telephone patients to complete patient experience surveyso Use of patient records system (RIO) to pull reports, send patient letters and assist the clinical teamo Check stock supplies and request orders through NHS Supply Chaino Print, scan & upload documentso Generic Team emailso Produce Patient Packso Monitor equipment (syringe drivers sign in/out sheet)o Any other administrative duties as required

Additional Working Pattern: 37.5 per week Monday-Friday (8-4 or 9-5)
