Team Controller

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a sales orientated Team Controller to join a small team of merchandisers. Covering stores in Barnet, North London (EN4 8RQ). You will oversee the service and promotion of UK Greetings product range within store, maintaining the high display standards and supervising the implementation of seasonal and everyday products. This will ensure maximum productivity of displays in order to assist you in increasing sales in each store.

There is also the requirement to follow a regular journey plan, complete general administration and ensure all instructions for stores are fulfilled. Assistance will be provided by the Merchandising Manager with the recruiting and training of staff within your team.

Experience of managing people is essential along with being confident and a good communicator as the role involves liaising with all levels of store personnel as well as the UKG Merchandising team.
