Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our North/North West and Yorkshire Geography, ideally based in Leeds office, for an experienced team co-ordinator to provide robust and proactive support to all team members, including some support to the Office Leader for Leeds. This is a pivotal support role within a busy team and will make a significant impact on how the team operate and engage with our clients. The role will involve being the 'go to' person within the team, including some of the leaders, and enabling colleagues to produce quality deliverables and ensure smooth operations. You will collaborate with the team in project administrative activities in line with client needs, and will include high-profile project work and routine administrative tasks. For example, working with project, business development, and marketing teams on bids and supporting documentation. Managing project tasks, including spreadsheets, invoicing, meeting room bookings, AV setup, minute-taking, and action tracking. We are looking for people who:

  • Have worked in a similar role, in professional services or a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Have worked with standard office administrative procedures and project administrative activities per client needs.
  • Have attention to detail, diary management, attending meetings (internal and external) taking notes/actions/minutes
  • Can proactively identify where to provide assistance to team members based on prioritisation. You will be able to demonstrate excellent judgement in establishing how and where to invest your time for maximum impact.
  • Can prepare documents and reports for internal or external purposes, proofreading content to ensure consistency and style, editing and making suggestions for improvements to text and presentations, preparing draft PowerPoint presentations.
