Would you like the opportunity to use your well developed organisational and co-ordination skills to help millions of separate children get Back to Family? Hope and Homes for Children is looking for a Team Coordinator / Personal Assistant to join our Marketing, Communications and Fundraising team in support of our mission to ensure that every child enjoys being part of a loving family., With a good eye for detail, confidence in a range of IT packages, excellent communication and project coordination skills and a proactive approach, you will be as comfortable self-directing your work, based on agreed priorities, as you are working to a brief as part of cross-team project group. The successful candidate will bring a flexible and energetic approach to our vital work to support children and families.

HHC actively encourages equality and diversity, and we look to recruit across age, gender, ethnicity and background as we believe diversity brings us closer to our mission of eliminating orphanages.

Orphanages don't protect children, they harm them. Put simply: the last thing an orphanage can provide is the first thing a child needs - someone to love them.

Science shows what we all know, that the bond between a child and their family is vital for their development. Decades of evidence proves that orphanages harm children, subjecting them to high levels of sexual and physical abuse, as well as extreme neglect.

Children always belong in families. They need protection, encouragement, play, laughter and love. They need somewhere to call home and someone to love them. You can help us make this a reality for children.

Location: Flexible (the post holder can be home or office based, but must live within reasonable travelling distance of our London Office to allow for attendance there at least twice a month)
