Full Job Description
The role is a full-time role to coordinate activities for the Recruitment & Talent Team in Group Functions which consists of a Recruitment and Talent Manager, a Talent Partner-Exec and 2 Talent Partners. The team is responsible for the recruitment and talent planning for Group functions which consists of approx. 700 people. How you'll help us make health happen:
- Manage Talent inbox.
- Coordinate diaries, setting up interviews with candidates and meetings with stakeholders as required.
- Regular reporting of recruitment and talent data.
- Manage any licences required for the Talent Partners.
- Finance support - processing of purchase orders, invoices, internal recharge.
- Liaise with Communications team as required.
- Attend team meetings as required managing agenda and actions
- Ensure the smooth running of the team.
- There may be additional coordinating/administrative duties as the team evolves
Experience in team coordinating, ideally within a Recruitment/People environment. - Experience of working in a busy demanding team environment.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive and able to work well under own direction.
- Accomplished at prioritising a busy workload with conflicting priorities
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Be trustworthy in handling sensitive information; and ensuring strict confidentiality is maintained at all times
- Positive, flexible and adaptable colleague and team member
- Competent in Microsoft 365 and a quick learner of new software platforms

Full Time Permanent (Hybrid Working - Expectation to conduct office working from AC reasonably often) - 35 hours per week £37,500+ dependent upon experience and capabilities, Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
