Full Job Description
- Managing and operating the Bistro and running the service in accordance with the client requirements and G&G standards.
- Responsible for the performance of the Bistro assistants and ensuring excellent customer service always provided in line with service excellence standards.
- Complete and enter stock takes as per company guidance.
- Complete ordering and manage stock levels on a weekly basis in line with menu.
- Ensure daily food safety checks are completed and recorded.
