Full Job Description

As a Team Lead, you will support the Team Manger in organising and developing service provision, staffing, resources, support networks and public relations within and relating to the service.,

  • Manage a team of up to 10 staff (Community Mental Health Support Workers and a Senior Community Mental Health Support Worker) to deliver 1-2-1 and group mental health support services in line with commissioned contracts and relevant quality standards, to meet SLAs and KPIs.

  • Build, develop, and maintain relationships with statutory and voluntary services, both mainstream and specialist, as a means of promoting work, education, and leisure opportunities for people with complex mental health issues or severe mental illness (SMI) to support and develop the service.

  • Coordinate with the Team Manager to ensure good support and non-clinical supervision systems are in place and adhered to, to meet the needs of the service. Maintain pathways between statutory and VCSE services to support the client journey.

  • Perform internal audits of case management to support with contractual and statutory compliance.

  • Deputise for the Team Manager when required.

  • Undertake any reasonable duties/responsibilities to meet the needs of the organisation., 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays (rising to 32 days at 5 years service) and the option to purchase or sell day
