Full Job Description

We are looking for Band 6 Nurse to join one of our Community Nursing teams based at Hawkhurst Community Hospital, Weald as Team Leader.
The service operates seven days a week from 8am - 6pm. These extended working hours allows more flexible working for anyone looking for more flexible hours.
Weekend working is generally on a 1:4 ratio with days off during the week. There are two teams supporting patients registered with GP practices working in the Hawkhurst area and surrounding villages within the Weald Primary Care Network. Please note the community nurses within this area cover boundaries of East Sussex and Maidstone.
As a Trust who's ken on development, don't be put off if you don't hold the Specialist District Nurse qualification as we are happy to take you on as a trainee and support you through this.
Please note to the community based nature of this role you will need a driving licence and access to a vehicle
Additional Working Pattern: Monday to Friday between 8am to 6pm, with rotational weekends
