Full Job Description

Landmarc Support Services is seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Leader to join our dedicated team at Longmoor Training Camp in Liss, Hampshire. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the effective management and service delivery of our operations.

As a Team Leader, you will oversee a team of operatives committed to maintaining high standards across various estate management tasks. We are seeking a proactive individual with a strong leadership background. While prior experience in the Defence Training Estate or a rural setting is advantageous, it is not essential.

Normal working days are Monday to Friday between 07:30 -17:30. Occasionally extra hours and weekend working may be required to support the military - overtime is applicable in these instances., Supervising and coordinating daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Leading and supporting your team in activities such as cleaning, accommodation handover and takeback, grounds maintenance, and access control

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and conducting risk assessments

Manage and inspire your team to meet and exceed service delivery targets

Assist your team with physical tasks and provide guidance as needed

Oversee operations on M.O.D ranges, ensuring strict adherence to health and safety protocols

Prepare staff rotas and manage scheduling

Travel to other regional sites on occasion where support is required, including Winchester and Oxford

Proven experience in leading and motivating a team

Physical fitness and a hands-on approach

Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations

Good computer literacy skills

Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules

Additional qualifications in operating equipment such as strimmers, chainsaws, and bush cutters (desirable)

Must hold full UK manual driving licence (essential)
