Team Leader

We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to be based at our multi-user site in Sherburn-in-Elmet, where you'll be given the opportunity lead your own team from the front and really make a difference. You will be responsible for ensuring all colleagues within the team are trained in their respective tasks, adhering to Health & Safety rules and procedures whilst meeting or exceeding operational requirements within the contract.,

• Team management; developing, leading and motivating your people to achieve challenging operational KPIs


• You'll lead the team on health & safety, showing good working practices, as you'll be responsible for keeping all our operational processes fully compliant whilst keeping your people safe


• You'll actively manage your available resource, and utilise staff where possible


• Maintain a constant presence within the warehouse delivering shift briefs and preparing handovers

We are currently recruiting for multiple positions, working with some of the world's most renowned customers, including Asda, Sports Shoes, and TJX. We offer both full-time, permanent roles as well as 6-month Fixed-Term Contracts (FTC). We have various shift patterns available including Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:30, and 4 on 4 off, 06:00 - 18:00. This will be discussed during the interview stage., We're looking to offer a salary of up to £29,000 per annum. In addition, we offer up to 33 days of annual leave (depending on the shift pattern) as well as the option to buy additional days.
