Full Job Description
- Lead the Team: Support the management team by leading and motivating your colleagues to deliver excellent service and keep our customers coming back for more.
- Be Hands-On: Get stuck in with everything from serving customers to assisting in the kitchen-show your team how it's done!
- Maintain High Standards: Ensure that every aspect of service meets GBK's high standards, from the quality of the food to the cleanliness of the restaurant.
- Support Operations: Help with the day-to-day running of the restaurant, including managing shifts, keeping an eye on stock, and ensuring everything is running smoothly.
- Customer Focus: Ensure every customer has a fantastic experience, resolving any issues quickly and with a smile.

It all started back in 2001 when three Kiwi guys set up the first Gourmet Burger Kitchen in London. Word quickly got around - and soon their fresh, quality burgers served up with a dash of personality and fun were a gigantic hit. Before long new restaurants started popping up all over the place - and now there's 76 of them across the country.
