Team Leader

Join our Work and Wellbeing team as a Team Leader in South Yorkshire, where you'll lead a dedicated group of Employment Specialists to deliver impactful employment services and make a real difference in people's lives, The Team Leader will report to the Head of Work & Wellbeing, and lead a small team of Employment Specialists. The focus of the role is to:

• Lead a team to successfully deliver IPS or other model of employment support within South Yorkshire
• Lead a highly effective team of Employment Specialists to provide positive and sustained employment outcomes for our customers in line with their job preferences
• Deliver a high-quality service in line with the IPS or other employment model
• Provide effective operational oversight to the team
• Work collaboratively with partners, employers and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery and achieve better outcomes for our customers
  
  Excellent understanding of employment support.
• The ability to drive improvement through focused performance management.
• Ability to lead, motivate and inspire others.
• Ability to build relationships with a wide range of people and stakeholders.
• A non-judgemental approach with a genuine belief that people with a health condition or experiencing disadvantage can find paid employment.
• A positive mindset, able to handle setbacks and challenges, and a commitment to working in a strengths-based way.
• Be willing to work across South Yorkshire as required.
