Full Job Description

  • Lead the Team: Support the management team by leading and motivating your colleagues to deliver excellent service and keep our customers coming back for more.
  • Be Hands-On: Get stuck in with everything from serving customers to assisting in the kitchen-show your team how it's done!
  • Maintain High Standards: Ensure that every aspect of service meets GBK's high standards, from the quality of the food to the cleanliness of the restaurant.
  • Support Operations: Help with the day-to-day running of the restaurant, including managing shifts, keeping an eye on stock, and ensuring everything is running smoothly.
  • Customer Focus: Ensure every customer has a fantastic experience, resolving any issues quickly and with a smile.
