Team Leader

We have an new exciting and career defining opportunity for a Team Leader to oversee the coordination and successful progression of Allied Trade Fitter/Fabrication cohorts in collaboration with Weston College and internal stakeholders, ensuring the program aligns with business needs and continuously improves to remain fit for purpose.How You'll Contribute The successful candidate will focus on the following areas: Co-ordination of Training Cohorts:

• Manage and support the Allied Trade Fitter/Fabrication cohorts, ensuring effective communication and guidance throughout their training journey.
Collaboration with Weston College:
• Maintain close liaison with Weston College to monitor learner progress and assessors' performance against agreed milestones.
• Ensure the necessary college resources and support are in place to facilitate learner success.
Rotation Plan Management:
• Work with key business stakeholders to coordinate and align rotation plans, ensuring they complement the learning objectives and operational requirements.
Learner Progress Reviews:
• Conduct quarterly progress reviews with learners, providing feedback, identifying areas of improvement, and ensuring consistent growth and development.
Reporting and Stakeholder Engagement:
• Provide detailed progress reports to Operations Leads, highlighting learner achievements and any areas of concern.
Curriculum Continuous Improvement:
• Regularly evaluate and validate the curriculum, identifying opportunities for improvement to ensure the training program remains relevant and beneficial to the business.
  
  Understanding of NVQ Structure and Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of NVQ frameworks and the qualifications needed to support learners effectively through their certification process.
Leadership and Team Development:
• Exhibit the behaviors and competencies of a strong team leader, as outlined in the current job advert, fostering collaboration, clear communication, and support for both learners and stakeholders.
