Team Leader - BYD

LSH Auto is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Leader to join our BYD team at our showroom in West London.

As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in leading and managing a team of Sales Assistants to achieve sales targets and deliver first class customer service.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading and motivating a team of Sales Assistants


• Implementing effective sales strategies and targets for the BYD brand


• Coordinating and managing the sales process from lead generation to vehicle delivery


• Ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction


• Providing training and development opportunities for team members


• Collaborating with other departments to drive overall dealership performance
  
  The ideal candidate will have:


• Previous experience in a leadership role within the automotive industry


• Strong leadership and management skills


• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving performance


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Customer-focused mindset


• Knowledge of the BYD brand and electric vehicles is preferred


• A valid driver's licence
