Full Job Description

Are you currently working as a Support Worker within a Supported Living or Mental Health setting? Do you want to take the next steps in your career? Radis Community Care are actively recruiting for a Team Leader to join our Reading Supported Living Service., As a Team Leader you will be working alongside the office team to ensure that service runs smoothly and ensuring we provide an excellent standard of care to all residents within the service. You will be ensuring that Support Plans, Risk Assessments, MAR charts, 1 page profiles and other paperwork are completed and updated on a regular basis. You will also be working alongside Support Workers supporting with direct care visits when required as well as completing monitoring checks including medication competency, spot checks and carers assessments.

  • Most importantly we are looking for somebody that has the right values and have a genuine desire to make sure our clients get the best possible support
  • You would of worked in the health and social care sector for a minimum of 1 year as well as worked in a similar Supported Living or Mental Health setting.
  • Be willing to take part in an Oncall Rota
  • Have access to Vehicle in order to travel between services with in the Reading area
  • Currently hold or working towards a NVQ Level 3

Our Reading Supported Living Service supports young people with in the area either in their own home in the community or at one of our supported living flats/houses. We support a range of different service users who live with health conditions such as mental health, learning disabilities, challenging behaviour as well as other health condition.

  • 07:00 - 15:00
  • 14:30 - 22:00
  • Alternate Weekends
