St Wilfrid's Hospice and it is essential that we recruit and retain the very best individuals and offer a supportive, engaging, and rewarding working environment. We are looking for a permanent full-time Team Leader in our Community Nursing Team, and a Team Leader in our Inpatient Unit for a fixed-term of 2 years working 22.5 hours a week. The Community Team Leader will work as part of a multi-professional team providing palliative nursing care interventions for patients and their families across clinical services. They will provide clinical and managerial leadership to nursing and allied staff, ensuring effective day to day running of Community Services, including nurse Line, same day response team and Care at Home, whilst supporting the Community Nurse manager and the Associate Director for clinical services. The Inpatient Unit Team Leader will work as part of a multi-professional team providing palliative nursing care interventions for patients and their families across hospice
services. They will provide clinical and managerial leadership to nursing and allied staff, ensuring effective day to day running of the IPU, whilst supporting the Head of IPU.
