The Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) are always striving towards excellence in service delivery, ensuring quality is at the forefront of all we do and service users receive the right care at the right time., The successful applicant will be dynamic and forward thinking with the ability to work as part of a Team and in partnership with local services, there will be an expectation that the successful applicant will uphold the Trust values at all times and act as a role model within the teams in providing quality care.
Successful applicants will undertake a full induction to the team and will have access to regular clinical supervision sessions and an opportunity to complete their appraisal focussing on their personal and career development. Furthermore a network of likeminded leaders who work closely to deliver excellent care across the service will support the successful candidate.
Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of services including secondary mental health care across this area. Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care.
The Trust also provides a range of physical health and well-being services in the community alongside a range of partners in the Lancashire, Cumbria and Sefton area.
